On the (P, T, x)-phase diagram of Sn2P2(SexS1–x)6 solid solutions: comparison of temperature dependences of the acoustic wave velocities in Sn2P2S6 and Sn2P2(Se0.28S0.72)6 crystals under high hydrostatic pressures

We have studied temperature dependences of the longitudinal ultrasonic wave velocity v55 for Sn2P2(Se0.28S0.72)6 crystals at different hydrostatic pressures. It has been shown that the temperature and pressure behaviours of v55 for Sn2P2(Se0.28S0.72)6 essentially differ from those found for the pure Sn2P2S6 crystals. A partial (P, T, x) -phase diagram for the solid solutions Sn2P2(SexS1-x)6 is constructed and discussed.

Анотація. В роботі досліджено температурні залежності швидкості поздовжньої ультразвукової хвилі v55 у кристалах Sn2P2(Se0.28S0.72)6  при різних гідростатичних тисках. Показано, що температурна і тискова зележності швидкості v55 в кристалах Sn2P2(Se0.28S0.72)6  суттєво відрізняються від відповідних залежностей в кристалах Sn2P2S6 . Отримана і проаналізована частина (P, T, x)-фазової діаграми для твердих розчинів Sn2P2(SexS1-x)6.
