The work is devoted to studies of electrogyration effect and temperature behaviour of dielectric permittivity in Pb5Ge3O11:Cu2+ crystals in the course of diffused phase transition. The concentrationtemperature phase diagram for the lead germanate doped with different concentrations of Cu ions is obtained.

Keywords: electrogyration, lead germanate, dielectric permittivity
