The spectroscopy of 4SrO•7B2O3:RE3+ (RE = Eu3+, Pr3+,
Nd3+) glasses

In this paper the spectroscopic properties of boron glasses 4SrO•7B2O3:RE3+
(RE = Eu3+, Pr3+, Nd3+) are described. The transmissions and luminescence
spectra are presented. The earlier known absorption bands of Eu3+, Pr3+
and Nd3+ are detected. The luminescence of 4SrO•7B2O3:Pr3+ (under the laser
pumping), 4SrO•7B2O3:Eu3+ (under the light-emitting diode pumping) is investigated.
All the transmissions and luminescence lines are characterized.
